Position Details

Key Requirements
- 3-year tertiary qualification in HR Management/Public Management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Bilingual communication skills (two official Western Cape languages)
- Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefit programs including retirement funds, medical aid, and housing schemes
- Oversee onboarding processes and termination procedures
- Administer special programs including relocation assistance and bursary schemes
- Coordinate staff recognition events and awards ceremonies
- Prepare benefit administration reports
- Supervise HR support staff
