HR Internship: Organizational Development

Contract Type: Fixed-term position

Candidate Requirements

– Completed degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field
– South African citizenship
– First-time applicants for HR internships
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communicator with attention to detail

Internship Responsibilities

– Assist with employee engagement programs and culture surveys
– Support performance management processes
– Help organize training/development activities
– Conduct research on organizational best practices
– Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
– Contribute to institutional culture improvement initiatives
