Requirements:

• No prior HR/Remuneration internship experience
• Basic understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration
• Strong numerical analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• South African citizenship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining salary scales and pay structures
• Support job evaluation and grading processes
• Participate in salary benchmarking studies
• Maintain employee benefits records (medical aid, pensions)
• Process monthly payroll inputs and adjustments
• Prepare compensation reports for management
• Address employee benefit inquiries
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
