- Support job evaluation and grading processes
- Participate in salary benchmarking studies
- Maintain employee benefits records (medical aid, pensions)
- Process monthly payroll inputs and adjustments
- Prepare compensation reports for management
- Address employee benefit inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
