Position Details:

Employment Type: Contract
Location: Gauteng Province, South Africa

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent
• No prior HR work or internship experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• South African citizenship

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment processes including interview coordination
• Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records
• Assist with HR inquiries and document management
• Provide administrative support to HR team members
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives
• Perform additional HR-related tasks as required
