Requirements: Matric Certificate + 3 Years Retail/Cosmetics Experience
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Productivity Goals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support sales events and promotional activities
- Report customer feedback promptly
Brand Excellence
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Maintain brand standards and hygiene protocols
Operations Management
- Manage stock inventory and merchandising
- Implement operational procedures
- Handle point-of-sale transactions
Client Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide expert beauty consultations
- Expand customer database
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate (Essential)
- 3+ years cosmetic retail experience
- Makeup artistry skills (Advantageous)
- Flexibility for weekend shifts
- Own transportation required
