Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Experience: 2-3 years HR experience
- Education: Matric + HR-related Diploma/Degree (completed or in progress)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Manage candidate screening and interview coordination
- Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verification
- Facilitate payroll onboarding documentation
Employee Experience
- Coordinate new hire orientation and benefit enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records and conduct file audits
- Process termination documentation
Compliance & Reporting
- Track disciplinary actions and warning documentation
- Maintain HR Information Systems
- Prepare regulatory and operational reports
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of labor regulations (EE Act, BCEA, LRA)
- Proficiency in report writing and data management
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
