Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
  • Experience: 2-3 years HR experience
  • Education: Matric + HR-related Diploma/Degree (completed or in progress)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Manage candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verification
  • Facilitate payroll onboarding documentation

Employee Experience

  • Coordinate new hire orientation and benefit enrollment
  • Maintain accurate employee records and conduct file audits
  • Process termination documentation

Compliance & Reporting

  • Track disciplinary actions and warning documentation
  • Maintain HR Information Systems
  • Prepare regulatory and operational reports

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Working knowledge of labor regulations (EE Act, BCEA, LRA)
  • Proficiency in report writing and data management
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
