Position Details

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education Requirements: Matric + Tertiary Qualification (Diploma/Degree)
Field: Administration/Operations

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Manage data entry, reconciliation, and report generation
  • Support controlling and internal sales teams
  • Maintain inventory alignment between physical stock and digital records

HR Coordination

  • Facilitate payroll processes with external providers
  • Maintain confidential employee records (digital/physical)
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities
  • Manage leave records and training program logistics

Customer & Plant Operations

  • Process sales orders and monitor stock levels
  • Assist with invoicing and client communications
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Matric certificate with relevant post-school qualification
  • 2+ years administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP systems
