Education Requirement: BSc/BTech in Food Science, Postharvest Technology, or Plant Production

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct field research on tropical/sub-tropical crop postharvest processes
- Support sweet potato product development initiatives
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain experimental records
- Operate agro-processing equipment for fruit preservation and product development
- Collaborate with research teams on project execution
- Prepare technical reports and research documentation
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols (OHS, GMP, Food Safety)
Candidate Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree in relevant field
- Commitment to enroll in Honours program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in both field and laboratory environments
