Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education Requirements: Matric + Currently pursuing B.Ed/PGCE (Senior & FET Phase English specialization)
- Experience: Prior work with high school students preferred
- Location: Gauteng
Key Responsibilities:
Scholar Support:
- Implement social-emotional learning curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior and parent communication
- Supervise meal breaks and school facilities
Academic Enrichment:
- Lead after-school programs and structured activities
- Assist with concept reinforcement and problem-solving
- Coordinate individual student sessions with teachers
Extracurricular Management:
- Facilitate weekly club sessions
- Maintain SPARK behavior standards in all activities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- Current 1st/2nd year student in Education degree with English specialization
- Clean criminal record
- SACE provisional registration (advantageous)
