Key Responsibilities
Scholar Support:
- Implement Social-Emotional Learning curriculum
- Manage student behavior and conflict resolution
- Maintain parent/guardian communication regarding student progress
Supervision Duties:
- Monitor lunch breaks and school facilities
- Enforce healthy nutrition guidelines
- Conduct campus safety patrols
Academic Support:
- Lead after-school enrichment programs and clubs
- Develop engaging educational activities and sports programs
- Provide individualized academic assistance
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- 1-2 years of tertiary education (English major preferred)
- Experience with teenage learners preferred
- Clean criminal record
- SACE registration advantageous
