Key Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination (40%)

  • Support programme managers with daily operations
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare documentation
  • Manage contracts, travel logistics, and expense reporting

Knowledge Management (30%)

  • Maintain organized digital/physical filing systems
  • Compile program impact data and success stories
  • Develop stakeholder databases and partnership materials

Events Management (30%)

  • Plan national/regional workshops and training events
  • Coordinate event logistics and budget tracking
  • Produce post-event reports and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in program administration (2 years in event coordination)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Strong English communication skills
