Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination (40%)
- Support programme managers with daily operations
- Coordinate meetings and prepare documentation
- Manage contracts, travel logistics, and expense reporting
Knowledge Management (30%)
- Maintain organized digital/physical filing systems
- Compile program impact data and success stories
- Develop stakeholder databases and partnership materials
Events Management (30%)
- Plan national/regional workshops and training events
- Coordinate event logistics and budget tracking
- Produce post-event reports and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in program administration (2 years in event coordination)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong English communication skills
