Position Requirements
- Education: BTech/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (National Certificate minimum)
- Preferred: Diploma in Road Transport Management
- Experience: 5-8 years workshop management experience
- Licensing: Valid EB driver’s license
- Skills: Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), OHS Act compliance, cost control
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workshop operations and resource allocation
- Manage fleet budgets and service level agreements
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Optimize maintenance systems and tyre management
- Supervise technical operations and staff administration
