Requirements

– Professional registration with relevant statutory body
– Demonstrated experience in portfolio/program management
– SAP PPM system proficiency
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
– Physical fitness for site inspections
– Advanced computer skills (MS Office/Projects)

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee 10-year capital program development and execution
– Manage budget planning and financial administration
– Implement strategic policies meeting performance indicators
– Guide cross-functional teams on contract management
– Monitor environmental/legal compliance for projects
– Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments
