Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Professional registration with ECSA/SACQSP/SACAP/SACPCMP
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects for health, education, and provincial infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and quality control
• Manage project implementation and coordinate service providers
• Mentor junior professionals in construction disciplines
• Optimize resource allocation and budgets
