Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Engineering/Law)
• Experience Required: 15+ years (minimum 5 years managerial experience)
• Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
• Sector: Investment Management & Financial Services

Key Qualifications

• Essential: Honours degree in finance, engineering, or law
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification (CFA/MBA/M.Com/CA)
• FAIS Representative certification
• Proven track record in corporate finance and private equity

• Corporate advisory & transaction structuring
• Mergers & acquisitions experience
• Value creation strategies and exit planning
• Risk management proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment strategy development and implementation
• Oversee portfolio management for unlisted investments
• Drive value creation initiatives across investment portfolio
• Manage stakeholder relationships and investor communications
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of investment professionals
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
