Experience Required: 8+ years (3+ years at management level)

Key Responsibilities
Health Information Management:
- Oversee health data systems and communicable disease surveillance
- Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations
- Manage implementation of Elula System (EMR)
Process Optimization:
- Improve data collection efficiency through technological solutions
- Monitor and optimize health information systems
- Manage budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate staff training programs
System Development:
- Lead digital transformation of manual systems
- Ensure data accuracy and security protocols
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
