Essential Requirements:
- Medical Specialist qualification registrable with HPCSA in Emergency Medicine (2025)
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years experience post-specialist registration
- Experience in academic training and clinical governance
- Non-SA citizens require valid work permit
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 24/7 Emergency Medicine services
- Coordinate clinical care and staff training programs
- Implement quality assurance protocols and safety standards
- Conduct medical research and clinical audits
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Supervise junior medical staff and students
