Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal medicine services at 1 Military Hospital
- Manage inpatient/outpatient care and emergency cases
- Supervise medical trainees and junior staff
- Maintain compliance with treatment protocols and budgets
- Participate in defense medical programs and overtime systems
