Key Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate + BCom in Accounting/Finance (NQF 7)
  • 7-9 years’ experience (4+ years in junior management)
  • Expertise in GRAP, SAP R3 Finance, and municipal budget cycles
  • Valid driver’s license

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy implementation
  • Manage budget control systems and accounting standards compliance
  • Oversee financial reporting per MFMA/GAAP regulations
  • Optimize resource allocation across departments

Essential Skills:

  • Advanced financial analysis capabilities
  • Strategic planning & risk management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong leadership & team coordination
