Position Overview:
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Western Cape (Candidates within 25km radius preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product guidance and demonstrate item usage to customers
- Maintain excellent customer service standards with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Process transactions accurately (cash, cards, refunds, exchanges)
- Manage inventory: receive goods, organize stock, and maintain shelf displays
- Conduct regular stock replenishment and participate in stocktakes
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper waste management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Prior experience in retail operations (general assistant/worker roles)
- Must reside within 25km of Soneike
- Clear criminal record
