Key Qualifications and Experience
- 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)
- South African citizenship
- Age under 35 years
- Current residence in Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and update transactional data in department systems
- Manage service requests and database operations
- Conduct technical research and analysis
- Coordinate resource planning initiatives
- Oversee administrative processes and documentation
