Join the world’s largest logistics company. DHL Supply Chain South Africa is looking for a Graduate in Operations Excellence to support our delivery and loading operations. This role offers hands‑on experience, data‑driven decision making, and exposure to multiple areas of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow delivery procedures and complete loading and off‑loading tasks accurately.
• Use equipment correctly and report any defects promptly.
• Record and report any non‑conformities with customer merchandise.
• Work safely and adapt to operating procedures and practices.
• Use data to support decisions and improve processes.
• Seek ways to enhance efficiency and consistency across operations.
• Support standardisation initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Participate in tasks beyond core responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Matric or equivalent.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and standardisation.
• Willingness to learn across multiple areas of the business.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
