Introduction

This role focuses on managing security operations in the Security Risk Management Department. Position/Task Grade: IO2. Department: Security Risk Management. Business Unit: Risk and Strategy. Number of positions: 1. Location: Rosherville, Germiston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the organization’s security strategy.
  • Develop and coordinate a stakeholder and customer service plan.
  • Create and manage the organization’s security business plan and resources.
  • Put in place and oversee the organization’s security applications.
  • Implement and coordinate the organization’s security business information system.
  • Manage external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS certification.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Security Risk Management or a related qualification (NQF Level 6 equivalent).
  • Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade B is an advantage.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required.
