General Worker Loader- Mthatha Jobs

Job Purpose

This role reports to the Dispatch Manager and involves loading and offloading bread on site. It is a 6-day position. If you meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Offload and load bread according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Follow the correct loading and offloading sequence.
• Count trays and balance them in the truck.
• Attend daily team meetings.
• Ensure only quality bread is loaded and offloaded.
• Maintain correct stock rotation (first in, first out – FIFO).
• Report any loading or offloading issues to supervisors.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12 with good numerical skills.
• Code 10 driver’s license is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 months’ experience in a similar role in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
