Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated General Worker to join our team in Secunda, Mpumalanga. This full-time role involves supporting daily production duties in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe work procedures and ensure all relevant documents are displayed in your work area. If any are missing, inform your supervisor immediately.
• During shift handovers, discuss and agree on any ongoing issues with the outgoing operator to ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards. Keep the work area free of unwanted items such as cud boxes, loose shut locks, plastic bags, magazines, or newspapers on chairs, machines, or floors.
• Prepare enough bags on the racks before starting to prevent delays and sticking issues during changeovers.
• Inspect packaging for quality, ensuring the correct color, clear barcoding, and no sticking or ink smudges.
