Job Title: General Worker – Bread Packer

  • Qualification: Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Experience: Related production experience is advantageous

Job Description

The role involves meeting daily production targets on time in the Production Department and following the bulk plan. We ensure the quality and integrity of the product is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality products in the Production Department.
  • Keep high housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Follow all company rules and procedures.

Efficiencies

  • Perform planned maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Handle administration and record keeping.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Ensure food safety.
  • Comply with health and safety standards.

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

  • Related production experience is advantageous.

Other Requirements

  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and night shifts as per the roster.
  • Able to work in hot manufacturing conditions.
