Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the strategy for delivering capital investment projects.
  • Oversee the construction management program for capital investment projects.
  • Manage financial performance to optimize capital investment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle strategic interfacing, negotiations, and stakeholder management for the project.
  • Develop and direct project risk management strategies to minimize impacts on capital investments.
  • Lead human resources efforts to meet project objectives.
  • Report on project milestones to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  • B Degree in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits, or
  • B Tech in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits, or
  • Advanced Diploma in Built Environment at NQF level 7 with 360 credits

Experience:

  • 10 years in construction management, engineering, and project management
