Job Description
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure processes and services are efficient and meet client needs.
- Track performance metrics and apply strategies to boost productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Make sure teams follow policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, guide, and develop operations leaders and staff to create a positive work environment.
- Hold regular performance reviews for senior leaders, give feedback, and plan team growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main contact for clients, handling issues quickly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Communicate regularly with clients about performance updates and improvements.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create and carry out operational strategies to meet business goals and improve continuously.
- Work with executive management to set goals and make action plans.
- Find ways to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations follow regulations and company policies.
- Spot and reduce operational risks to protect the company and clients.
- Perform regular audits and take corrective steps when needed.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and finances.
- Use data and analytics to spot trends, make decisions, and drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred
Additional Information
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial role, such as Head of Operations or similar executive position
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience in Corporate Travel Accounts is essential
- Experience with GDS systems is essential
- Knowledge of the travel domain is required
- Exposure to the Airline Market is needed
