Key Responsibilities

  • Meet service level agreements and work with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize service delivery resources.
  • Plan and manage service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage all domain controller operations for IT and OT.
  • Manage all data centers, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity management for IT and OT.
  • Manage service deployment across all technology platforms.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
  • B Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits, or
  • B Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits, or
  • Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits.
Experience:
  • 10 years of extensive experience in service delivery, computer operations, data center management, and disaster recovery plans or business continuity management.
