Our client, a well-known telecommunications company based in Roodepoort, seeks a seasoned, highly organized, results-oriented, and solutions-driven General Manager to lead our B2B sales operations. Essential Experience and Skills

  • Matric required; a degree or diploma is a plus.
  • At least 5 years in a senior sales management role in a telecommunications call center.
  • Proven success in B2B telecom sales, managing sales managers with a team of 80-100 agents.
  • Skilled in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
