– Physical ability to handle stock
– Flexible availability (shifts/weekends/holidays)

Core Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Provide product advice and resolve queries
• Address customer concerns professionally
Store Operations:
• Maintain organized merchandise displays
• Ensure accurate shelf pricing
• Follow safety protocols and stock management procedures
Facility Maintenance:
• Keep aisles clear and hazard-free
• Complete cleaning checklists for shared facilities
Loss Prevention:
• Report damaged stock promptly
• Monitor inventory in assigned sections
