Position Summary:

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 10/NQF 3 with 1 year work experience
• OR Matric Certificate without experience
• Valid South African ID/work permit

Key Skills:

• Bilingual communication (English + local language)
• Basic numerical proficiency
• Flexibility for shifts/weekend work

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Provide product advice and resolve customer queries
• Handle customer concerns effectively

Store Operations:

• Maintain safe merchandise displays per layout plans
• Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labels
• Complete daily maintenance checklists

Workplace Safety:

• Maintain safety standards in all operations
• Ensure hazard-free customer/staff areas
• Report safety concerns promptly
