Job Overview

• Job Type: Full Time
• Minimum Qualification: Grade 10/NQF 3 (or Grade 12 with no prior experience)
• Experience: 1 year (preferred but not mandatory for Grade 12 candidates)
• Location: Mpumalanga
• Field: Customer Service & Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assist customers with product queries and purchases
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently

Store Operations

• Maintain merchandise displays according to store layout plans
• Label shelves accurately and ensure proper stock placement
• Keep aisles clear and safe for customers/staff

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols including proper use of protective gear
• Report damaged stock and potential hazards promptly

Requirements

• Valid South African ID or work permit
• Basic math skills for accurate calculations
• Ability to communicate in English and local language
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and work on feet
