Core Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries
- Maintain store merchandising standards and accurate pricing
- Ensure clean/safe store environment and proper stock display
- Follow safety protocols and report operational issues
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate OR Grade 10/NQF 3 with 1 year experience
- Proficiency in English + local regional language
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting
- Valid SA ID or work permit
