General Assistant: Trolley Operations (REG CDS – Airport Management) | Ref: P62001

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily trolley deployment and collection
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs
  • Track trolley inventory and stock levels
  • Implement safety protocols to prevent passenger injuries
  • Coordinate with operational teams to meet service demands
  • Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
  • Assist passengers with trolley-related queries
  • Complete regular operational reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate (Essential)
  • Valid Code B Driver’s License (Advantageous)
  • Physical fitness for equipment handling
  • Strong focus on customer service
