Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Operations:
- Provide product information and usage guidance to customers
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Promote special offers and maintain positive customer experiences
Inventory Management:
- Receive and organize stock shipments
- Maintain shelf displays and ensure product availability
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory audits
Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness in storerooms, kitchens, and designated areas
- Handle waste disposal according to safety protocols
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (compulsory)
- Residence within 25km of Port Elizabeth
- Clean criminal record
- Physical stamina for standing and handling stock
