Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to achieve strong sales and maintain high standards in merchandise presentation.
  • Work well in a team and focus on customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with people and customers while ensuring proper stock replenishment and store cleanliness.
  • Handle stress well, pay attention to details, and protect all assets including stock, cash, property, staff, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Skill in planning and completing daily tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication with people and customers.
  • Ability to manage stress.
  • High integrity and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Protect all assets by following company policies and procedures.
  • Set up and maintain effective store and department layouts.
  • Deliver top-quality customer service.
  • Handle stock room tasks, mark-downs, and lay-byes correctly.
  • Manage merchandise replenishment and keep the store clean.
