Core Responsibilities
- Provide expert product guidance and demonstrate usage to customers
- Maintain exceptional service standards and resolve customer queries
- Process transactions accurately using multiple payment methods
- Manage stock rotation, shelf displays, and inventory counts
- Maintain clean work areas including storerooms and sales floors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Previous experience in retail operations or general assistance
- Reside within 25km of Malmesbury
- Clear criminal record
