Core Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide expert product guidance and resolve customer inquiries
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Store Operations:
- Maintain organized merchandise displays according to safety standards
- Ensure accurate price labeling and inventory management
- Complete daily maintenance checklists for facility areas
Safety Compliance:
- Maintain OSHA safety standards in all operations
- Monitor stock placement for customer and staff safety
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Basic numerical skills for accurate calculations
- Flexibility for shift work including weekends/holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
