Core Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide expert product guidance and resolve customer inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively

Store Operations:

  • Maintain organized merchandise displays according to safety standards
  • Ensure accurate price labeling and inventory management
  • Complete daily maintenance checklists for facility areas

Safety Compliance:

  • Maintain OSHA safety standards in all operations
  • Monitor stock placement for customer and staff safety

Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Basic numerical skills for accurate calculations
  • Flexibility for shift work including weekends/holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
