Position Details

Core Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Provide expert product guidance and resolve customer inquiries
  • Address and manage customer concerns effectively

Store Operations:

  • Maintain organized product displays following layout plans
  • Ensure accurate price labeling and stock rotation
  • Keep aisles clear and hazard-free for customer safety

Compliance & Safety:

  • Adhere to all occupational safety regulations
  • Report damaged merchandise and potential risks
  • Complete maintenance checklists for facility areas

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 10 qualification (Grade 12 preferred)
  • Basic numeracy skills with attention to detail
  • English proficiency + local language competence
  • Valid SA ID/work authorization
  • Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
