Core Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Provide expert product guidance and resolve customer inquiries
- Address and manage customer concerns effectively
Store Operations:
- Maintain organized product displays following layout plans
- Ensure accurate price labeling and stock rotation
- Keep aisles clear and hazard-free for customer safety
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to all occupational safety regulations
- Report damaged merchandise and potential risks
- Complete maintenance checklists for facility areas
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification (Grade 12 preferred)
- Basic numeracy skills with attention to detail
- English proficiency + local language competence
- Valid SA ID/work authorization
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
