Position Details

  • Experience: 1+ year (retail preferred)
  • Location: Gauteng Province
  • Department: Customer Service & Operations

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide expert product advice and troubleshooting support
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently

Store Operations:

  • Maintain optimal product displays following layout plans
  • Ensure accurate shelf labeling and pricing
  • Manage stock rotation and damage reporting

Safety & Maintenance:

  • Maintain clean, hazard-free aisles and work areas
  • Enforce safety protocols including PPE compliance
  • Complete daily maintenance checklists

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 10 with retail experience OR Grade 12 with basic work history
  • Proficiency in English + local language(s)
  • Valid SA ID/work permit
  • Basic math skills for transactions
  • Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
  • Physical stamina for standing/lifting
