Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Minimum Education: Matric/NQF 3
- Experience: 1+ year (retail preferred)
- Location: Gauteng Province
- Department: Customer Service & Operations
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide expert product advice and troubleshooting support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
Store Operations:
- Maintain optimal product displays following layout plans
- Ensure accurate shelf labeling and pricing
- Manage stock rotation and damage reporting
Safety & Maintenance:
- Maintain clean, hazard-free aisles and work areas
- Enforce safety protocols including PPE compliance
- Complete daily maintenance checklists
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 10 with retail experience OR Grade 12 with basic work history
- Proficiency in English + local language(s)
- Valid SA ID/work permit
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting
