Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide expert product advice and resolve customer queries
  • Address and resolve customer concerns effectively

Store Operations

  • Maintain organized product displays following store layouts
  • Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling
  • Maintain clean, safe store environments

Inventory Management

  • Report damaged stock promptly
  • Coordinate merchandise placement with team members

Candidate Requirements

  • South African ID or valid work authorization
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Numeracy skills for basic calculations
  • Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
  • Physical stamina for retail environment tasks

Safety Compliance

  • Maintain safety standards in all work areas
  • Use protective equipment as required
  • Report potential hazards immediately
