Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time Position
- Education Requirement: Grade 10/NQF 3 or Matric Certificate
- Experience Needed: 1+ years retail/customer service experience
- Location: Sasolburg, Free State
- Department: Customer Service Operations
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide expert product advice and resolve customer queries
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Store Operations
- Maintain organized product displays following store layouts
- Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling
- Maintain clean, safe store environments
Inventory Management
- Report damaged stock promptly
- Coordinate merchandise placement with team members
Candidate Requirements
- South African ID or valid work authorization
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Numeracy skills for basic calculations
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
- Physical stamina for retail environment tasks
Safety Compliance
- Maintain safety standards in all work areas
- Use protective equipment as required
- Report potential hazards immediately
