Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide expert product guidance and solutions
- Resolve customer concerns effectively
Store Operations:
- Maintain organized merchandise displays
- Ensure accurate pricing labels
- Manage stock presentation in allocated sections
- Complete daily maintenance checklists
Safety Compliance:
- Maintain hazard-free work areas
- Use protective equipment appropriately
- Report potential safety issues promptly
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 10/NQF 3 with 1 year experience OR Matric without experience
- Proficiency in English and local regional language
- Valid SA ID/work authorization
- Numeracy skills for basic calculations
- Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays
- Ability to perform under pressure
