- In our Learnership Programme, you will:
- Build your skills through organized training and development to gain knowledge and expertise.
- Put what you learn into practice by handling daily tasks and helping your team meet goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to keep everything compliant and high-quality.
- Meet your training and performance targets to support your growth and the company’s aims.
Key Accountabilities
- Workplace Experience: Take part fully in all activities that match your development goals.
- Learning & Development: Join all agreed training sessions and stay engaged.
- Customer Support: Help customers and your team to keep performance strong.
- Administration: Handle all needed admin tasks, like tracking and reporting.
- Sales to Target: Work leads well to hit agreed success rates and productivity levels.
- Customer Experience: Provide excellent service and ensure customers are happy.
- Quality Assurance: Keep client information private and use scripts to stay compliant.
- FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (for Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-approved qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5), experience as per the FAIS Act, product-specific training after joining, class of business training, ongoing professional development, and proof of honesty, integrity, and good standing.
- Preference for candidates with an FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 exam.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Accounting (Required), National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
