About the Role:

The Community Work Programme (CWP) seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee the implementation of community development initiatives in Ga-Seganyana. This role ensures alignment with service delivery goals, compliance with program standards, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor CWP activities to meet program objectives.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on program progress and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with local authorities, partners, and community members.
  • Oversee training logistics and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with audit requirements and program guidelines.
  • Support budget management and resource allocation for site activities.
  • Facilitate community needs assessments and project planning.
  • Ensure accurate participant registration and payroll management.
  • Represent CWP in local development forums and committees.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric) or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or community development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
