Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric
• Experience Level: Entry Level (Previous experience as General Assistant/Worker advantageous)
• Location: Western Cape (Candidates within 25km radius preferred)
• Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product guidance and demonstrate usage techniques
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Process transactions and handle financial procedures
• Manage stock replenishment and merchandise displays
• Maintain cleanliness in designated store areas
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Matric certificate
• Clear criminal record
• Physical stamina for retail environment demands
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for retail working hours including weekends
