Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move, stack, load, and off-load pallets.
• Maintain forklifts in good working condition and complete related administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with stock-takes and other duties as required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Participate in Mini-Business activities.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality procedures.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles and scan products into the WMS system.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Forklift Driver’s Licence (Code F2AK: counterbalanced lift truck up to 7000 kg).
• Reach truck licence is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Basic understanding of bin management.
