Job Description

RCL FOODS is seeking a Forklift Driver to be based in Randfontein, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. The role involves loading and offloading pallets, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matic/Grade 12
  • Valid Reach truck and counterbalance license
  • Basic computer literacy is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and public holidays
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety rules and HACCP principles

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report any faults
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping rules
  • Perform daily stock takes
  • Offload oil and handle intakes of limestone and MCP
  • Load correct products in the right quantities for customers
