Position Summary:

Job Type: Full-Time
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Required: 5+ years post-apprenticeship
Field: Engineering/Technical

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workshop resources to achieve operational targets
• Supervise team performance, productivity, and compliance
• Oversee tyre workshop service operations and maintenance systems
• Address service complaints and implement solutions
• Manage activity reporting and record-keeping

Mandatory Requirements:

• Trade Certification: Diesel/Petrol/Construction Plant Mechanic
• Valid EC Driver’s License + Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• 4+ years post-apprenticeship experience
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualification:

• 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience
