Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict hygiene standards compliant with company and health regulations
• Prepare meal components including salads and desserts
• Manage food service lines including stock rotation and presentation
• Maintain clean dining and food preparation areas
• Handle food storage and waste management
• Support training of new team members
• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly
• Participate in required training programs

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid National Senior Certificate
• Basic food handling knowledge (training provided)
